Northfield Supporting Neighbors is made up of many Northfield community members who generously give of their time and talents.
NSN was started in 2017 in response to negative rhetoric about immigrants and as a way for allies to support our immigrant neighbors.
Since its start, NSN has funded over $100,000 in immigration-related legal fees for our Rice County neighbors.
NSN also operates an alert line that responds to Northfield neighbors' concerns about suspicious vehicles or activities, that has taken hundreds of calls and sent volunteers day or night to check.
NSN received Northfield Human Rights Commission's Organization Award for its work in 2026.
