NSN seeks to avoid collecting personally identifiable information from community members beyond the minimum required to provide services a community member has explicitly requested. In most cases this PII is limited to mobile number and (less often) email address. On occasions when NSN is involved in the provision of in-person direct service, we sometimes need to store names and physical addresses, but we do our best to keep this to a minimum.
